Reporting from Psychology Today, psychologist Paul Ekman in 1970’s identified six basic emotions are universally experienced by humans, anger, fear, shock, disgust, sadness, and happiness. Furthermore, feelings of pride, shame, and joy are also added to the list of these basic emotions.
Emotions are defined as complex reaction patterns involving experience, behavior, and physiology, which are used to deal with important problems or events experienced by individuals. Emotions can be classified into two parts, positive emotions and negative emotions. An example of a positive emotion is think of happiness, joy, interest, curiosity, excitement, gratitude, love, and contentment. These positive emotions feel good. and examples of negative emotions is sadness, anger, loneliness, jealousy, self-criticism, fear, or rejection can be difficult, even painful at times, unpleasant feelings. If these negative feelings can't be controlled, they can be destructive.
The causes of angry people are generally because they feel belittled, treated unfairly, hurt, threatened, attacked, failed to achieve goals, frustrated, helpless, or hopeless. and now how to deal with emotions well? let's discuss how to control it properly and wisely, so that it is not easily provoked by emotions.
